Refund/Exchange:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges regardless of whether or not the product has been used. If you have any questions about our products please contact us at support@vapor-springs.com before placing an order. We will be happy to help to make sure you are buying the product that’s right for you.

15 Day Warranty:
Items that are defective from the factory or dead on arrival are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us at support@vapor-springs within 72 hours of receiving your items with a description of the problem. Once we approve the return and agree to the terms of the warranty, you will send the product with its original packing to:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a warranty product are refundable.


Damaged items
If you received a product that appears to be damaged in transit please notify us immediately for assistance. Again, the email address is support@vapor-springs.com. Please take photos and send them with your initial email.
